Processing and Delivery
Orders are prepared after payment is authorized. Processing time, available delivery methods, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or events outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Current shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout for the shipping address provided. The current Shopify shipping configuration includes Standard shipping at $8, free Standard shipping for qualifying orders of $70 or more, and Express shipping at $15 for the applicable United States shipping zone. These rates and availability may change before launch and must match the final checkout configuration before this policy is published.
Tracking and Address Accuracy
If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order after shipment. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly at mfkollection@gmail.com if you believe an address was entered incorrectly; we cannot promise that changes can be made after an order begins processing or is shipped.
Shipping Issues
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, follow the claim process in our Return and Refund Policy. Questions about a shipment should include the order number and any available delivery details.
Owner confirmation required before publishing: confirm the exact processing timeframe, service area, carriers, tracking practice, international-shipping availability, local pickup/delivery availability, and any duties or tax treatment. Shopify recommends that shipping policies clearly state processing, service areas, costs, tracking, interruptions, and contact information.
